Snapdragon Magic Carpet Mixed Seed

Snapdragon Magic Carpet Mixed is Mr Fothergill's most popular mixture, a dwarf variety, growing to around 15cm tall, ideal for bedding, tubs, window boxes and border edges. A half-hardy annual, flowering the same year, preferring a sunny position.

Sow thinly in trays of seed raising mix, cover the seeds with compost, keep moist and warm. Germination should take 10-14 days. Thin (prick out) when seedlings have developed 2-4 leaves. Harden off and plant out when seedlings are 5-10cm tall, allowing 25-30cm between plants. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering season. Sow year round.
