Salvia Blue Bedder are beautiful compact plants with many spikes of rich blue flowers contrasting with soft green foliage. Most impressive grown en masse, especially when planted with contrasting colours.
Sow direct where they are to grow or into trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix. Cover very lightly, firm down, water gently and keep moist through germination period. Thin out or transplant when 5cm high. Choose a sunny, well drained position. Water at base of the plant to avoid risk of disease. Cut back after flushes of flowers to encourage new growth.
