OUR STORY
Anoint is a family run boutique skincare company based in Kerikeri, in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Founded on the belief that nature knows best, Anoint uses all natural ingredients to hand craft their range and are passionate about Essential Oils and their therapeutic properties.
Anoint originated on Waiheke Island in 2012 in an eclectic gallery called Upcycle. The gallery was formed by a cooperative of creative souls with a passion for up-cycling and re-purposing. Always interested in natural remedies, Erica began experimenting with a recipe for a moisturiser in a solid bar called a ‘Lotion Bar’ (made from Beeswax, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil & Essential Oils) and decided to gift wrap them in discarded sheet music and maps.. The first few batches sold out in record time and a short time later the brand Anoint was born.
Since 2012, Anoint has grown considerably and now offers a wide range of Body and Baby products to over 180 gift shops and galleries nationwide. True to their founding principles Anoint’s products are still crafted by hand in small batches, and completely natural. Anoint’s packaging philosophy is now ‘reusable or recyclable’ and where ever possible paper, cardboard, glass, ceramic or tin are used in place of plastic.

Anoint Lotion Bars are moisturiser in a solid bar made from Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Beeswax & Essential Oils (not soap!). To apply, soften the Lotion Bar by holding in your hands for a few moments, and then gently massage into your skin. Apply generously before heading into the garden to give your hands a protective barrier, or if you have already overdone it in the garden this year apply generously to dry, cracked or rough areas on your hands (and elbows, knees and heels!) for deeply nourishing relief.
