Rosemarie's Baileys Eggnog

The wonderful Rosemarie from our Support Office team has shared her delicious Eggnog recipe for this holiday season. This eggnog does contain alcohol and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18

Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  • 150mls Baileys
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 4 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 300mls milk
  • 1 Vanilla Pod Split
  • Cinnamon stick/Cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and caster sugar together in a bowl until the caster sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth
  2. Add Baileys, milk, and the split Vanilla Pod to the bowl
  3. Whisk vigorously until everything is combined to form a silky liquid
  4. Strain eggnog to get rid of the vanilla pod and pour into 4 glasses
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkle of cocoa powder (optional)
