Ingredients
- 400g brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Combine brussels sprouts, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a roasting pan and leave for a couple of minutes to season.
- Roast at 180 degrees turning occasionally for 15 minutes or until the sprouts are tender and caramelised.
