Cool down with these delicious fruity iceblocks!
Ingredients
- 4½ cups chopped peaches (leave the skins on)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup maple syrup
To make
- In a blender, whizz together the peaches and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut cream and maple syrup until thoroughly combined.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture into each ice pop mould, top with the peach mixture and gently mix to create a swirl effect.
- Insert stick and freeze until solid.
