Brie has agreed to share her signature Christmas day cocktail! Pomegranate seeds can make almost anything fancy, and this cocktail is bound to impress the whole family. To make a virgin option simply omit the vodka from the recipe and it can be shared with the little ones as well!
Ingredients (Makes 1)
- 30ml Vodka (Optional)
- 30ml Pomegranate Juice
- 1 Pomegranate
- 1/2 Lemon
- 15ml Sugar Syrup (equal parts sugar and hot water)
- 30ml Soda Water
- Ice
Directions
- Add lemon and sugar syrup
- Add 30ml vodka and 30ml pomegranate juice
- Add pomegranate seeds and mix
- Add ice and top up with soda
